Directorate Change

HaiKe Chemical Group Limited ("HaiKe" or the "Company") announces that Mr. Johnson Lau, currently a Non-Executive Director of the Company, will step down from the Board with effect from 16 January 2010.

Mr. Lau leaves to concentrate on his other business activities but will continue to act as a consultant to the Company.

The Board thanks Mr. Lau for his valuable contribution to the Company since its Admission to AIM in February 2007 and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
