Touchstone Innovations plc (AIM: IVO, 'Innovations') announces that Peter Chambré, one of the non-executive directors, will step down on 31 January 2017 due to other commitments.

Peter joined on 19 June 2014 and is currently Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee.

Peter Chambré commented:

"I have very much enjoyed my time with Innovations, which is a business playing a very important and exciting role in the funding and development of new companies from UK science. I am therefore disappointed that my other commitments have required me to step down."

David Newlands, Chairman of Touchstone Innovations, said:

"On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Peter for his contribution over the last two and a half years. We have all benefited from his experience and wise counsel, and offer him our best wishes for the future."
