Mortice (AIM:MORT) the AIM listed security and facilities management company with India focused operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Rakesh Kumar Aggarwal, aged 60 as a non-executive director with immediate effect.

Mr. Aggarwal is or has been a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships during the previous five years:

"We welcome Mr. Rakesh Aggarwal to the Board as a non-executive director. He is an international business person with considerable experience in providing leadership to numerous global companies. He currently acts on the boards of several enterprises including Ascendas Property Fund Trustee Pte. Ltd (Trustee Manager of a-iTrust), the Ascendas group being one of Asia's leading providers of business space solutions.

Our Company will benefit immensely from his varied experiences in banking and M&A, as well as management of companies operating in high growth sectors."

The Company confirms that there are no other matters which are required to be announced with regard to this appointment under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
