Novae Group plc announces the departure of Finance Director

Novae Group plc announces the departure of Finance Director, Oliver Corbett. Oliver has resigned after nine years with the company to take up the post of Group CFO at LCH.Clearnet. He will be joining his new employer on 1 December 2012. An executive search firm has been appointed to conduct a search for his successor.

John Hastings-Bass, Novae Group Chairman, commented: "Oliver joined the Group in 2003, since which time he has helped revitalise the fortunes of this business. The management team of which he has been a part has transformed Novae into a strong, growing company, and the Board wishes to record its gratitude to Oliver for his role in our renaissance. We wish him well in his new career".

Matthew Fosh, Group Chief Executive, commented: "Oliver joined us at a difficult time for the business and has done a brilliant job for Novae. He has helped us assemble the tools for a period of future growth and delivery for which he deserves enormous credit".
