Fletcher King PLC05 April 2007 Fletcher King Plc Retirement of Mr George Howard After almost 44 years service for Howard Associates and latterly Fletcher KingHoward, George Howard has decided to leave the Company to spend more time withhis wife and family, particularly in France and to have more time to pursue hisown interests. Consequently he will retire from the Board of Fletcher King Plcon 30 April 2007. Fletcher King Plc Chairman, David Fletcher, said, "George has enjoyed a longcareer with Fletcher King Howard and we thank him for the contribution he hasmade, both to the Company and to the Group.
