Appointment of new Director

Mr Mark Powell

The Directors are pleased to announce that Mr Mark Powell has accepted an invitation to join the Board as a non-executive Director with effect from 27 July 2010.

Mr Powell is chairman of Rathbone Brothers Plc. He is also a non-executive chairman of SVM UK Active Fund Plc. He was chairman of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers & Stockbrokers (APCIMS) and a member of the Takeover Panel.

Mr Powell has no beneficial interest in the shares of the Company.

There are no details required to be disclosed pursuant to 9.6.13 of the UKLA Listing Rules.
