Resignation of Non-executive Director

The board of directors (the "Board") of Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code: AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment company, announces that Mr. Donald Ian Fletcher has tendered his resignation as Non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 28 May 2014 due to personal reasons.
