Ashmore Group plc announces that Helen Beck is stepping down from her role as Non-executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee when her three-year term ends on 31 May 2024. The Board would like to take this opportunity to thank Helen for her significant contribution during her tenure.

The process to appoint Helen's successor as Chair of the Remuneration Committee is underway and a further announcement will be made once the appointment has been confirmed.
