Resignation of Group CFO

ZIGUP plc announces that Philip Vincent has resigned as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and as a Director of the Company, to take on the role of CFO at another business. 

Philip will remain focused on the delivery of the Company's interim results in December and on ensuring the effective transition of his role before his departure early next year.

The search for a new CFO is underway, and a further update will be issued when appropriate confirming the successor and the effective date of Mr Vincent's departure.

Avril Palmer-Baunack, Chairman of the ZIGUP Board, said:

Philip Vincent, Group Chief Financial Officer of ZIGUP, said:

We have achieved a lot over the last six years, the business is in a strong financial position and I have every confidence in the future success of ZIGUP. I wish the team the very best for the future."
