APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT GAME AS PROPERTY DIRECTOR

Further to the announcement on 19 June 2009, Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("Warner Estate"), the property investment and management company, confirms the appointment today of Robert Game to its Board as Property Director.

Warner Estate can advise that there are no further details relating to the appointment of Robert Game which it is obliged to disclose under paragraph 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.

Warner Estate also confirms the resignation of Michael Stevens as a Director with effect from 30 June 2009.
