Directorate Change

The Directors of MBL Group plc (AIM: MUBL) announce that Trevor Allan, CEO, will be taking an indefinite period of absence for medical reasons. As a result, Mr Allan will resign from the Board of MBL with immediate effect. It is expected that he will be re-appointed to the Board upon his return to work.

Lisa Clarke, Finance Director, will be the acting CEO in Mr Allan's absence and will also continue in her role as Finance Director.
