Board Appointment

The Board of Charles Taylor Consulting plc is pleased to confirm that Julian Ralph Avery, 63, has been approved by the Financial Services Authority to be a Director with effect from 3rd November 2008. He will be a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee. He is also a director of Warner Estate Holdings PLC and is Chairman of Invesco Perpetual AiM VCT plc.
