Elderstreet VCT PLC01 March 2007 Elderstreet VCT plc 1 March 2007 Board Changes Following the announcement on 22 January 2007 that the Offer by Elderstreet VCTplc for Elderstreet Millennium Venture Capital Trust plc ("the Company") hasbeen declared unconditional in all respects and in accordance with theannouncement on 29 November 2006, the Company is pleased to announce that HughAldous has joined the board as a non-executive director with immediate effect. Hugh is a partner of RSM Robson Rhodes LLP and also chairman of The EasternEuropean Trust plc and a director of Henderson TR Pacific Investment Trust plc,Innospec Inc. (NASDAQ) and a number of other companies, including SmartEducation Limited. He has also been a member of the Competition Commission.
