Appointment of Director
IndigoVision today announces the appointment of Martin Pengelley as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, with immediate effect.
Martin qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney before joining Wood Mackenzie, a predecessor firm of Deutsche Bank, in 1984. Martin worked in UK Corporate Stockbroking with Deutsche Bank AG for almost 30 years before retiring on 31 December 2013.
Martin is also a director of DB Trustee Services Ltd, the trustee company of the Deutsche Bank UK pension schemes.
AIM Rules disclosures
Martin Edwin Pengelley, aged 55, holds no shares in the Group. Other than as set out below there is no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of Mr Pengelley's appointment as a Director of the Company.
