Toumaz Limited (AIM: TMZ, 'Toumaz', or the 'Group'), a pioneer in ultra-low power wireless semiconductor technology, announces the resignation of Sir Hossein Yassaie as a Non-Executive Director of the Board with immediate effect.
Dr. Martin Knight, Chairman of Toumaz, said:
