Directorate Change

Newcourt Group plc ('Newcourt' or the 'Company'), the Irish based, support services group, announces that Mr. Damien Murray, CFO, has informed the Board that, following the disposal of a significant part of the Student Accommodation business and Sigmar Aviation, he is resigning from his position with immediate effect.

Mr Bill McGinnis has also informed the Board he will retire from his role as non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Mr Adrian McGennis, Managing Director, Sigmar Group, has been appointed to the Board of the Company.

Newcourt Chairman, Mr James Osbourne, commented "On behalf of the Newcourt Board and management team, I would like thank Damien and Bill for their contribution to the development of Newcourt and wish them well for the future."

He added "I would also like to welcome Adrian McGennis to the Board."

Newcourt's finance function will continue to be served by Mr Ger Lynch, Group Financial Controller and Mr Philip Sykes, Director, with Board responsibility for Finance.
