The Company is pleased to announce that Mr David Hagan has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with effect from 22 June 2007.
Mr Hagan, a Chartered Accountant, was formerly executive chairman of Trio Holdings PLC.
There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules.
