Dart Group PLC12 June 2007 Dart Group PLC ("the Group") Change in Group Finance Director In light of the Group's recent relocation of its head office operations fromBournemouth to Leeds, the Group announces that Mike Forder is stepping down fromhis role as Group Finance Director and will resign from the Board on 24 July2007. Mr. Forder currently remains a director of the Group and will continue tocarry out his executive duties, including the preparation and presentation ofthe results for the year to 31 March 2007, which are expected to be announced on28 June 2007. Andrew David Merrick, aged 45, will be joining the Board on 2 July and will takeover the role of Group Finance Director from 24 July 2007. Andrew joins theGroup with significant finance experience in both the travel and financialservices sectors. He is currently Director of Finance at Bradford & Bingley plcand between 1988 and 1997 held a number of senior positions at Thomas Cook GroupLtd. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and wasa former Associate of the Institute of Bankers. Commenting, Philip Meeson, Chairman and Chief Executive, said "I would like tothank Mike for his significant contribution to the Group's development since1998.
