The Company was informed on 9 April 2014 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, have on 8 April 2014 purchased 589,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.12 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 13,120,075 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.1% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
