The Company was informed that yesterday Mr Moritz Fried, a director of New Europe Capital DOO, one of the investment advisers of the Company, purchased 39,683 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.62 per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Mr Moritz Fried is interested in 66,917 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
