Bond International Software PLC13 April 2005 For immediate release BOND INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE PLC DIRECTOR SHAREHOLDING In order to satisfy demand from a number of institutional investors, SteveRussell, Group Chief Executive of Bond International Software plc ("Bond" or "the Company"), sold 1 million ordinary shares in the Company at 95p on 12 April2005.
