Actif Group PLC03 February 2005 Actif Group plc Director's Shareholding The Company announces that David Brock and Lindsay Page yesterday respectivelybought 733,333 and 200,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 4.5p per share. Asa result, Mr Brock is interested in 1,733,333 ordinary shares, representing 2.6per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, and Mr Page is interestedin 266,667 ordinary shares representing 0.4 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
