Telit has today been notified that Nicola Miglietta, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, yesterday acquired 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 89.7 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Miglietta owns 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.02% of the Company.
