PLUS Markets Group plc16 July 2010 Director's Dealing

The Board of PLUS Markets Group plc (the "Company") announces that on 15 July 2010 it received formal notification from Stephen Allcock, a director of the Company, that on 15 July 2010, he acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.55 pence per ordinary share. As a result of this transaction, Stephen Allcock holds 2,442,857 ordinary shares which represents 0.6% of the entire issued share capital of the Company.
