The Company was informed on 9 July 2013 that interests connected to Mr. Ion Florescu, a director of the Company, had on 8 July 2013 purchased 1,314,557 ordinary shares of €0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of €0.2008 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Ion Florescu is the beneficial owner either directly or indirectly of 9,549,529 Ordinary Shares, representing 9.55% of the total issued share capital of the Company, with voting rights.
