Epic Group PLC09 May 2005 Epic Group Plc ('Epic' or the 'Company') Holding in the Company Epic announces that on 6 May 2005 Steve Rayson, a Director of the Company,exercised options over 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company (the 'Shares') atan exercise price of 55 pence per share. Mr. Rayson will retain all of theShares. Application will be made for the Shares to be listed on the AlternativeInvestment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Following the admission totrading of the Shares, the Company will have a total of 23,743,103 ordinaryshares in issue. As a result of this transaction Mr. Rayson now holds 50,000 ordinary Epicshares, representing approximately 0.2 per cent of the Company's issued sharecapital.
