Holdings listed below reflect Ordinary Shares held by the director concerned and all his related parties.

All shares were purchased, and the Company was notified, on 6 May 2015, at a price per share of €0.928.

The Company also announces that in line with its announcement of 8 April 2015, the last day of trading of the Company's shares on Alternext Amsterdam was yesterday, 6 May 2015, and its listing on Alternext Amsterdam has now terminated. The Company remains listed on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange.
