The Company was informed today that Stacey Rauch, Non-executive Director, purchased 59 Land Securities Group PLC ordinary shares of 10 pence each ('Shares') on 26 April 2012 for a consideration of $11.6431 per share though the reinvestment of her dividend in further Land Securities Shares.

Following this purchase, Stacey Rauch was interested in 6,059 Shares.

This notice is given in fulfilment of the obligation under DTR 3.1.2 R and LR 9.8.6R(1).
