The Company has been notified that on 7 November 2018, Adrian Coates, Senior Independent Director, purchased 15,000 ordinary 10 pence shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares") at 39.80 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Adrian Coates has an interest in 50,000 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.29 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
