Sunrise Resources plc, (ticker symbol 'SRES'), the AIM-quoted diversified mineral exploration and development specialist announces that the Chairman of the Company, Mr. Patrick Cheetham, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares, on market, at a price of 0.45p per share on 7 January 2014.
Following the share purchase Mr. Cheetham has an interest in 13,442,462 Ordinary Shares of the Company representing 3.51% of the issued share capital.
