Moss Bros Group Plc ("the Company") has been advised that on 1 June 2010 Paul Hewitt, the spouse of Debbie Hewitt, a Director of the Company, acquired an interest in 48,485 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("the Shares") at a price of 26.65 pence per Share. As a result of this purchase, Debbie Hewitt has a total interest in 295,265 Shares which are held in two Barclayshare Nominees accounts. The total holding represents 0.31% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
