Chamberlin was notified on 25 June 2010 that Tom Brown, Non-executive Chairman of the Company, has acquired 15,000 new Ordinary 25p Shares in the Company at a purchase price of 74p per share.
Mr Brown's resultant shareholding following this transaction is 35,000 shares, representing approximately 0.47% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
