Announcement: Director Retirement

The Company announces that Ms Angela Behrend-Görnemann will be retiring from her position as a Non-Executive Director of DP Aircraft I Limited, with an effective date of 31 October 2019. A recruitment process, supported by an external recruitment firm, is under way to find a replacement Non-Executive Director.

Jonathan Bridel, Chairman of the Company, stated:

"It has been a pleasure to work with Ms Behrend-Görnemann, who has served on the Board since May 2016. On behalf of DP Aircraft I Limited, I would like to thank Ms Behrend-Görnemann for her service and valuable contributions as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
