Director Resignation
Golden Saint (AIM:GSR) announces that Anthony Hamilton, Non-Executive Director of Golden Saint, resigned from the board of Golden Saint, for personal reasons, on 31 January 2014, such resignation taking immediate effect.
The Board would like to thank Anthony Hamilton for his contribution to the Company and wish him well in the future.
The Board is in the process of appointing another non-executive director to the Board and will update shareholders in due course.
