Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11 Dairy Crest Group plc (the "Company") makes the following announcement:

At its meeting on Friday 6 March 2015, the Company's Board approved the following changes, effective immediately, to the membership of certain of its committees.

Sue Farr is appointed a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.

Tom Atherton is appointed a member of the Corporate Responsibility Committee.

Stephen Alexander is appointed Chairman of the Nomination Committee.
