In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Fenner PLC advises that Vanda Murray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Bunzl plc, with effect from 1 February 2015.
Vanda Murray is also a Non-Executive Director of Exova Group plc, Chemring Group PLC, Manchester Airports Holdings Limited and Microgen plc. Vanda Murray will be standing down from Chemring PLC on 19 March 2015.
