Changes to Directors' Details

Sabien Technology Group plc (AIM: SNT) ("Sabien" or the "Company") announces that Clive Morton, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has confirmed to the Company that:

1) He resigned from Dermasalve Limited on 8 December 2008 when it was placed in administration on 1 December 2008. Dermasalve Limited was liquidated on 24 November 2010 with approximately £600,000 left owing to creditors;

2) He resigned from Board Performance Limited on 31 July 2007; and

3) He was appointed as a director of Churches Together in Central Peterborough on 21 October 2011.

Sabien also announces that Martin Blake, Non-Executive Director, has confirmed to the Company that:

1) He was appointed as a director of The GreenAsia Group Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, on 1 April 2011;

2) He was appointed as a director of Carbon Zero Solutions Limited on 22 July 2011; and

3) He resigned from Pure, the Clean Planet Trust, on 31 August 2011.

Save as disclosed above, there is no further information to be disclosed under the AIM Rules.
