In accordance with UKLR 6.4.9R, the Company announces that Christopher Casey, an independent non-executive Director and chairman of the Audit Committee, will be appointed as a non-executive director of BlackRock Frontiers Investment Trust plc with effect from 1 October 2025.

 

Christopher Casey retired from the Board of Mobius Investment Trust plc at the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting held on 15 May 2025 and as a director of Fidelity Special Values PLC with effect from 1 January 2025.
