The Company has been advised that Andy McCue, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director of The Restaurant Group plc today, 19 September 2016.

In accordance with the UK Listing Rules, the Company confirms that there are no further details that are required to be disclosed under paragraph LR 9.6.14 R of the UK Listing Rules in respect of Andy McCue.
