Electra Private Equity PLC announces that Paul Goodson, a non-executive director of the Company, is to be appointed as a non-executive director of DX (Group) plc, on completion of Tranche 1 of the fundraising of DX (Group) plc (which was announced on 9 October 2017) with the announcement of DX (Group) plc's final results for the year to 30 June 2017.
