Park Group plc, the UK's leading provider of value-added prepaid gift, reward and savings products to corporate and consumer markets, announces in accordance with AIM Rule 17 and Schedule Two (g) sub-paragraph (v) of the AIM Rules for Companies, that it has been informed by John Gittins, Non-Executive Director of the Company, that Fairpoint Group Plc, of which John Gittins was a Director until 15 September 2016, entered into administration on 10 August 2017.
