Pursuant to paragraph 6.1.67(2) of the Euronext Dublin Listing Rules and Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the FCA Listing Rules, the Company hereby announces that Zillah Byng Thorne shall be appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Deputy Chair of Trustpilot Group plc with effect from 1 October 2022. Trustpilot Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange. Zillah will step down as a Non-Executive Director of THG plc with effect from 1 October 2022.
