Further to the announcement made on 16 December 2008 regarding the appointment of David Thorpe as a non-executive director of Interserve Plc (the "Company"), the Company confirms that there are no details to be disclosed under UKLA Listing Rule

9.6.13 R (2) to (6) of the Listings Rules.
