Director Declaration

Further to the announcement of 26 February 2014, the Company announces that it has today become aware that on 15 November 2013 Trevor John Binyon and Steven John Parker of Opus Restructuring LLP were appointed as joint administrators to RAM Vision Limited, a subsidiary of RAM Active Media plc. Tim Baldwin, Chairman of Cientifica PLC, is a former director of RAM Vision Limited, having left RAM Active Media plc and RAM Vision Ltd in May 2013.

Previous announcements by the Company on 25th September 2013 and 23rd October 2013 incorrectly stated that Mr Baldwin was still a director of RAM Vision Ltd at the time.
