In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Huntsworth has been advised that Derek Mapp, the Company's Chairman, was appointed to the Board of Mitie Group plc (Mitie) as Chairman-elect on 9 May 2017. Derek Mapp will take over as the Chairman of Mitie Group plc at Mitie's annual general meeting on 26 July 2017.
