Director Declaration

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company has been advised of the following change to the information disclosed in respect of John Coleman, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company.

John Coleman was appointed as an independent director of Open Joint-Stock Company "Company "M.video" with effect from 16 June 2015 and was appointed chairman with effect from 18 June 2015. OJSC "Company "M.video" is Russia’s largest consumer electronics retailer and its shares are traded on Moscow Exchange.
