In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Interserve Plc (the "Company") gives notice that, as announced by Nyrstar NV (a company incorporated in Belgium and listed on Euronext Brussels) following approval at its annual general shareholders' meeting on 27 April 2016, Anne Fahy, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed by shareholders as an independent non-executive director of Nyrstar with effect from 27 April 2016.
