Michael Parker, Non-Executive Director of PV Crystalox Solar plc, was appointed to the Board of Directors of SNC-Lavalin Group Inc on 16th September 2010. He is currently a member of the boards of directors of Invensys plc and the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) and is Chairman of Liverpool's new economic development and regeneration company, Liverpool Vision.
