In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company advises it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Richard Battey was appointed a Director of NB Global Floating Rate Income Fund Limited ("NB Global") with effect from 10 March 2011. NB Global was today admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
