Xchanging plc Director's Details

Ian Cormack, senior independent non-executive director of Xchanging plc, joined the board of Hastings Group Holdings plc (then a private company) on 3 September 2015. On 25 September 2015 Hastings Group Holdings plc re-registered as a public company and on 12 October 2015 its shares were admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
